anglais Major crap. The famous legend has become a comedy farce, it is about as atmospheric as a soap opera, and the period realism is as believable as Britney Spears at Carnegie Hall. And the "highlight" is the portrayal of Robin of Loxley himself, he’s such an unlikable and uncharismatic brat that you pray Guy of Gisborne will take him out as soon as possible. For a good Robin Hood TV series, go for the 22 years older one, with Michael Praed, beautiful music and the mythological atmosphere of that time. If Czech Television were to re-run it after all these years, it would be so much better this “Xena in pants”. ()

anglais After about ten minutes of the first episode, I switched to another channel, because watching a "historical" series that has costumes on the level of a children's film about the Middle Ages (ring armor made of artificial fabric ala Plan 9 from Outer Space was a real highlight), directing at the level of a very bad television show, and acting from somewhere in an English county, is below my dignity.
