Beautiful, successful Linda (Nastassja Kinski) is suspicious that her criminal psychiatrist husband (Jeff Fahey) is having another affair. For both comfort and revenge, she begins an affair with her young "bad boy" assistant. Surprisingly, this is a pretty decent thriller carried by just a few actors, but it would have been better had it come out in the mid-1990s. We get unexpected twists and turns, an aggressive psychopath, one crumbling marriage, and one seemingly harmless friend (the lovely Hudson Leick). It’s a film worth watching only once, but a long-time homework assignment for Hudson fans.
