Slipping Into Darkness

A girl moves into a boarding house occupied by an eccentric voyeur who becomes obsessed with her. Later, when the young lady becomes the victim of an accidental drowning, the demented voyeur keeps her lifeless body, and murders any intruders in order to keep his secret.
