Lieutenant Szakmáry Péter falls in love with Oltay Krisztinka, a noble girl, who is spying for Prince Rákóczi. She dresses up as an old Gypsy woman, then obtains important information as a beautiful Gypsy girl. From Péter's brother, Frigyes, who is an ally of the Labancs, she obtains the base plan of the secret tunnels of the Füzér fortress now ruled by the Labancs. With its help the Kurutses can easily occupy the fortress, but Frigyes captures their wounded, Péter among them. He wants to execute the captives the next day, in Kassa. The Kuruts army, incited by Péter's song - written for Rákóczi and sung by Krisztinka - occupy Kassa and deliver the captives. Saving Péter from the bullet of his revengeful brother, Krisztinka gets shot. (texte officiel du distributeur)
