In the imaginary duel with the equally well-known Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle, this movie is the clear loser for me. True, the African-Americans can pack it in, or in this case also roll it, perhaps with even more vigour than the Asians, and their weed may have the right edge, but the humour is at times rather awkward and gradually more and more unimaginative. The only thing that keeps this comedy afloat is a pretty hilarious plot and a pair of main characters who came to Harvard to do everything but study hard. 55%
