With the right, preferably live, musical accompaniment, Queen Elisabeth can transform into a real spectacle. It features lavish sets, great costumes, extraordinary drama, and refined performances for the time. I had hoped to see Lady of the Camelias on the screen, but I had to settle for Elizabeth. Fortunately, Sarah and Film D'Art are immortal.
