Raphael just fell in love with a girl at community service. Raphael just might get blown up by nukes. With crazy supporting turns by Jacob Wysocki, John Ennis, rapper Ka5sh, and Nicholas Cage’s son Weston. Hilarious, ridiculous, bizarre, gory as hell, and with a mid-aughts soundtrack dedicated to Epitaph records, RATS! is the quintessential “scene kid” movie.
