anglais The excellent performances by Ralph Fiennes and Susan Sarandon are undeniably the highlights of this film, which shows how it's possible to love someone unconditionally and ask for nothing in return, or conversely, to play games for a long time and then briefly bear the consequences of one's actions. I guess you can look at Lafferty's character both ways, but the last scene with him speaks pretty clearly. ()
