Slaying the Dragon

Have you ever tried to kill a dragon? So many eyes, so many heads and each of them with its own trick. One will strike fear, one will undermine your confidence, and one will slowly change your perception of right and wrong… The original philosophical fairy tale by Yevgeny Lvovich Shvarts comes to life again in a theatrical performance by director Marianna Arzumann, who connects it to current events in Ukraine. The documentary captures the April and May performances of the MA Theatre in Prague. The events on stage are complemented by interviews with members of the company and wartime radio coverage.
