Nám se to stát nemůže

The excellent Petr Nárožný, in a somewhat more serious position than we are used to from him, works perfectly with Alena Vránová, and Vladimír Brabec also got pleasantly of space... The production is, I would say, exceptional in its bitterness and tone, which is neither good nor bad. The script is full of funny text (much of it was given to Veronika Gajerová and Lucie Schneiderová, who did a good job playing the daughters of the central couple) as well as really serious lines, which are uttered and interspersed with irresistible biting irony by Petr Nárožný. How I understood his tragicomic figure, reconciled to everything and determined to do everything... "Allow me to introduce you. This is our daughter's boyfriend, this is my wife, and this is my wife's boyfriend." (04/12/2011)
