Zatoichi is rolling the dice again and I'm wondering how many more variations on the theme of dice are possible to come up with. Was that part of every movie, or is it just me? This episode doesn't deviate significantly from anything, there's a lot of buildup, but in the end, not much happens until there's a proper fight, which, of course, we do get.
