Bozsó Gábor is a "professional" burglar. He has his daughter educated in an illustrious school. The girl is supplied with everything, but meets her father rarely. The father is going to begin a new life after his last big manoeuvre. Horváth Miklós is a university student, while he works as a car mechanic to make a living. While on a bus, he realizes that his money has been stolen. Bozsó steals back the money, his schoolfee out of sympathy for Miklós. They become friends. The uncle of the new friend is a jeweller. After robbing him, the father and his daughter begin a new life in Óbuda. Éva, who now knows her father's secret, starts her own fight to save her father, helped by Miklós, who is in love with her and is her associate in the struggle. Bozsó's future is prison, the young people's future is a happy honeymoon and marriage. (texte officiel du distributeur)
