The Doctors' War

The 22-year old medical student Elling Kvamme was arrested and sent to German concentration camps in WWII. Not for punishment or annihilation, but as part of a Nazi experiment to create a brainwashed Aryan intellectual elite. In the documentary The Doctors' War, the director Elsa Kvamme invites her father on a historical journey in an attempt to understand his war experiences and how these indirectly influenced his and her family's life.
