The Death Merchant

Radical nuclear arms broker Ivan Yates (Lawrence Tierney) loses his cool when a microchip that controls missile launches is stolen from his possession. Given the chip's power to trigger World War III, Yates knows he must get it back at any cost, even if that means killing a government representative.
