Entre le Vietnam et Hong-Kong, c'est la guerre. La seule façon de s'en sortir est de devenir un trafiquant. The notorious melodrama of the first half and the overblown shootout of the second half are at each other's throats in a battle for a living minimum of mutual symbiosis. In the end, sadly, they both lose. Hark Tsui may not be a complete routinist, but the soap opera flows like sugary syrup and the rattling guns are just a boring jumble of slow-motion shots desperately begging for a touch of creativity. Also, the whole thing takes two hours. God.
