Ayant mis au point un puissant anesthésique, le Dr Hichcock l’utilise sur son épouse, Margherita, pour assouvir sa déviance sexuelle : la nécrophilie. Un jour, une surdose accidentelle entraine la mort de la jeune femme. Le Dr Hichcock quitte alors sa résidence à Londres. Il y revient quelques années plus tard, en compagnie de sa nouvelle épouse, Cynthia. Mais, dès la première nuit, la belle subit une apparition fantomatique et menaçante, drapée dans son suaire blanc… (Artus Films)
