I Love You

Paulo, a businessman dealing with the bankruptcy process of his company, lives in his apartment facing the Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, all that he has left of his fortune. He is ending a love affair with Barbara, a doctor who leaves him to live with a cardiologist. Lonely, he calls Maria, a woman he met on the street and who claims to be a prostitute. Maria comes to meet him but, in turn, is also trying to forget about her affair with Ulisses, a married aviator. Each one playing their role, little by little they realize that the relationship is turning into something very serious and affectionate. (São Paulo IFF)
