El misionero

The film is about a missionary, working in the loneliness of the Bolivian Andes. Padre Casimiro is the only one who gets from the civilised world to the people living in the most remote area of the Andes. El misionero is a fascinating pilgrimage with an unusual person. The film is a mythical and poetical story of a European who tries to understand the world of the Indians, a world which has not changed for the last five hundred years. (DOK.fest München)
