Sweet. Sour. Salt. Fat. Heat. Carsten and his wife Maggi are hungry for great food and even hungrier for a Michelin star that will assure the success of their restaurant and recognise their achievements.
The two are a power couple within the Danish gourmet scene, and will risk everything in the relentless pursuit for perfection. From their sweet first meeting they are eventually confronted by a sour betrayal resulting in a heated climax when all of the elements combine. (Pivot Pictures)
