The documentary follows the Czech climber Markéta Hanáková, who was unexpectedly implanted a pacemaker at young age, on her attempt to climb on Muztagh Ata (7,546m, Pamir, China) without supplementary oxygen. Although she could not summit due to a series of unlucky circumstances, pushing her own altitude record from 2013 when she reached the summit of the Mera Peak (6,476m), Markéta became the first person with a pacemaker to get over 7,000 meters.
