Sugar

Eighteen-year-old Marie tries to become independent. She lives with her boyfriend but secretly works as a “sugar baby”, offering her company to older men. These two worlds begin to merge intolerably. The film analyzes the topic of closeness in society where the principles of capitalism blur personal relationships. (FamuFest)
