I don't hide the fact that I have a huge problem with quotas in the film industry (and elsewhere), I also have the same difficulties with so-called political correctness (everywhere), so I was very pleased with the Norwegian approach. To tell the truth, the criminal plot doesn't really grab me here, but the more or less hidden humor gets me. 4*+
