The Ghosts

The movie revolves around Koki, a young lower middle class Guatemalan that makes a living by scamming foreigners and homosexual men in the Guatemala City. These scams are carried out in conjunction with Carlos, the manager of the Hotel Quetzalí. Koki and Carlos function as two sides of the same coin. They are two ghosts who are trying to justify their existential processes through these violent activities. (Guadalajara International Film Festival)
