Thy Will Be Done

Thy Will Be Done follows Male-to-Female Transsexual Sara Herwig in her path to ordination in the Presbyterian Church. The conservative evangelical groups believe that her gender transition is a sin and against God’s will. The Church’s conservative groups do not recognize Sara as female, but rather see her as a gay man. And yet, they will not acknowledge her eligibility as a candidate for ordination because she is in a “same-sex” relationship… as a woman. (Madrid International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival)
