Seeing Prague

A personal documentary about the (im)possibility of living in the center of Prague. The filmmaker and her five-year-old-son received an eviction notice from City Hall ordering them to leave the one-room apartment in which her grandfather lived for almost thirty years. The film illustrates the impact that mass tourism and City Hall’s housing policy have on the capita city’s inhabitants. (Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival)
