Icepick To The Moon

Icepick to the Moon tells the story of the Raudelunas, an artist’s collective started in the 1970s in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and one of their most famous members, the Reverend Fred Lane. Lane came to prominence in the 1980s when influential label Shimmy Disc re-released two of his albums. Twenty years in the making, the film uncovers Fred Lane’s true identity and includes a much- anticipated Raudelunas reunion revue. (Sidewalk Film Festival)
