Tu, an ambitious young man from Auckland, dreams of being a professional Hip Hop dancer. When Tu s father issues an ultimatum, Tu decides that dance is his way out. Things become complicated when he falls for Sasha, the girlfriend of K-Crew's malicious leader, Kane. Tu is devastated when he learns that the whole audition process has been a scam to steal the best moves from dancers across Auckland. In a final stance, Tu will unite his old crew and new friends, to battle their way into nationals and face K-Crew in the finals. (Metrodome Distribution)

anglais Just a pretty ordinary dance film, following such a tried-and-tested template that it's not even nice. They dance together, they have problems, and maybe they fall in love. There are some personal matters involved, as usual, but this is something that so many films have repeated since Dirty Dancing that it's not even nice. And in this case, even the dancing isn’t good. The climax is very short-lived. ()
