Bienvenue au Hell Fest. Dans ce train fantôme géant à ciel ouvert, on vient pour se faire peur. Décors angoissants, mises en scènes effrayantes, les visiteurs rivalisent d’invention pour se terroriser les uns et l’autres. Ca crie, ça hurle et ça se poignarde... pour de faux bien sûr ! Sauf qu’un tueur, bien réel lui, a décidé de faire du parc son terrain de chasse. Il prend pour cible un groupe d’amis venus fêter leurs retrouvailles… Comment convaincre les autorités qu’un serial killer sème la mort autour de lui quand la mort est l’attraction la plus festive du lieu ? An average slasher that had no business being in the cinema. but at home on TV, it's quite watchable and entertaining. The biggest upside is definitely the haunted amusement park of horror, which has solid rides, scary scenes and good make-up effects (I would definitely be scared there too), the likeable female cast and the original mask of the killer, that's where the good stuff ends for me. The biggest downside is the reprehensible lack of gore, the blood is completely forgotten and the murders are among the most ordinary, which is the biggest problem with slasher films. The soundtrack gets annoying after a while and the girls don't show anything, so the only reason to see the film is the great amusement park, which manages to keep your attention, but otherwise it's not worth much. 50%
