anglais A few things in Huevos: Little Rooster's Egg-cellent Adventure were quite original. Talking eggs, animated bacon, and most importantly, Duck Norris! I even laughed a little at the mouthguard and "Made in China" scene. However, the rest of this movie was average at best. The animation was not a complete write-off, although some things, like the houses, I did not like at all. The narrative was so obvious that after about fifteen minutes, you knew exactly where it was heading and could predict the ending. Not even the references to Rocky, 8 Mile, Walker Texas Ranger, and even Duck Norris could save it. On the other hand, some of the characters are quite OK, and I liked Ryky (Rola in the English version) quite a lot. I probably would not bother going to the cinema to see it, and the chances of me ever watching it again are not very high; however, as a one-off thing to unwind, it was quite good. 5/10. ()

anglais I didn't have much faith in a Mexican animated film, but it's clear that the creators at least made some effort to entertain their audience, which they somewhat succeeded in, although it's evident in the animation that it's often simplified - the eggs are a clear example - but even so, the movements are very well done. The story is not innovative, but the overall execution was good enough for me. ()
