Little Györk grows up in the village next to the Benedictine monastery in Pécsvárad. He is most interested in the stories about Hungarian ancestors. His father finally leaves the restless childs education to the monks. Györk becomes a Benedictine monk under the name of Julianus. His studies only strengthen his resolution that his mission is to find the original home of Hungarians. Suppressing his affection for his adolescent love, he makes excellent friends at Bologna University and decides to become a Dominician monk in order to convert our ancestors. After returning home his first attempts are fruitless, but the new king Béla IV. supports his trip. With his friends he sets out to the trip, which is several thousand miles long. By the end of the wandering he is left alone, but beyond the desert he finds Magna Hungaria and the ancestors of the Hungarian nation. (texte officiel du distributeur)
