Just like the previous parts, the final episode was also wonderfully written and directed, the atmosphere was traditionally fantastic, and it was a joy to watch the hesitation of government officials between justice and evil (greater or lesser). Considering that we were basically just waiting for one bigger final action the whole time, I had a great time.

A decent military ending lacking a bit more careful character work and perhaps, subjectively speaking, more dramatically portrayed consequences of their actions, but that will probably all build up in the later episodes of the second season. Ironically the last episode isn't the most intense, it just spectacularly encourages an immediate viewing of season 2.
