In his office in Niamey, "doctor" Damouré Zika receives "patients" Lam Ibrahim Dia and Talou Mouzourane, who have come to ask him many questions about AIDS, including the nature of the disease and forms of protection. Damouré provides all kinds of advice and ends his speech with a philosophical thought. The film was screened often and was used in Niger for prevention.
