The impact of the great earthquake that hit East Japan on March 11 is still being felt, particularly unimaginable pain by those who used to live near the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant. A husband who lost his wife has quit his job, a daughter who lost her mother has severed all contact with those around her. A civil servant trying to console them realizes that there is a limit to what he can do. Those who lost families suffer a great sense of loss while others feel guilty for being alive. They are alive but they are not living. (Busan International Film Festival)
