After spending years in prison for his militant revolutionary past, Nicolas is released. He longs to finally settle down, start a family and turn the page on his old life. With the help of an old friend, he finds work in a factory and meets Nadia, the company secretary. Though it appears Nadia has a positive influence on him, he is unable to ignore the injustice he sees around him. After meeting with a group of young activists, his past begins to stir within him. What he does not know, however, is that he is still under police surveillance... (Days of European Film)
