Marche comme un homme (2018) (S02E09)

anglais I threw in the second star with the faint hope that maybe, just maybe, someone could tap into my brain with that miraculous Chinese medicine. Seven years post-coma, I've made peace with the likelihood that I won't become a world-famous dancer. But watching Brady gleefully hopping around, I couldn't help but feel a pang of genuine envy. ()

Fondu au bleu (2018) (S02E10)

anglais The finale fell flat for me, much like the rest of the second season. The only highlight was the victory of 3D printing over evil. Other than that, it felt like a lot of filler content. Overall, I wasn't satisfied.. ()

Season 3 (2019) (S03)

anglais Season 3 was definitely a nice surprise. After suffering through the sterile second season, the plot finally began to move forward, the creators stopped being afraid to show the audience some blood, stopped producing filler episodes and the pace of the story picked up. Sure, it wasn't as good as the first season, but it wasn't mind-numbingly boring and a waste of time like the second one. ()

Comme dans un roman policier (2019) (S03E01)

anglais After I arrived for the second season today, it didn't even occur to me that I could have a good time with the first episode of the third series. But it happened. The good mood was mainly provided by Idiot 1 and Idiot 2 (although only briefly), the behavior of Idiot 1 strongly reminded me of the characters from the Fargo series and it wasn't a wasted hour for me. ()

Folie (2019) (S03E02)

anglais In the second episode, I couldn't laugh as much as in the previous one because Morris (originally Dumbass 1, now just Dumbass) didn't show anything significant from his extensive repertoire of stupid decisions. However, I still enjoyed it more than most episodes from the previous series. ()

D'amour et de haine (2019) (S03E03)

anglais I'm genuinely impressed by how the creators bounced back from a lackluster second season and delivered a solid performance in the third. While each of the three episodes I've watched had its flaws, I've yet to feel bored. ()

Tâtonnements (2019) (S03E04)

anglais Episode four had a calm pace but it was far from boring and the plot delved into important matters. Plus, the weird "possibly a date" injected a welcome dose of subtle humor into the mix. ()

Bienvenue au cirque (2019) (S03E05)

anglais When stacked against the atmospheric first season, the third season definitely falls short. However, despite numerous issues I have with it, this episode marks a notable improvement over the second season. So, I'll stick to my subjective view and award it four stars. 4*- ()

De mal en pis (2019) (S03E06)

anglais While the third season's episodes may not reach perfection, they've managed to keep me thoroughly entertained without a dull moment. I'm actually quite enjoying them so far, even though I occasionally find myself frustrated by some glaring logical errors. ()

La Fin du début (2019) (S03E07)

anglais This episode left me feeling pretty content. The plot kept moving forward smoothly. Plus, it satisfied my (only slightly hidden) craving for bloodshed, keeping me thoroughly entertained throughout. My only gripe was with the conclusion of Lou's storyline — it felt a bit overly emotional for my taste. 4*- ()

Maman adorée (2019) (S03E08)

anglais Random violence in movies bothers me just as much as gratuitous sex scenes. In the third season, the violence has ramped up a bit, but strangely enough, it doesn't irk me. If anything, it is a nice contrast to the previous season, which seemed to lack any real purpose or intent to shock or engage viewers. Like its predecessors, the eighth episode had a decent pace and coherent storyline. ()

La Pression monte (2019) (S03E09)

anglais This time around, the series creators hit the mark, delivering a compelling blend of detective work, interpersonal dynamics, mental disorders, and violence. What's more, it all unfolded at a satisfying pace, with no dragging out of scenes. I was thoroughly engaged throughout. ()

L'Homme qui brûle (2019) (S03E10)

anglais The creators managed to pull off a thrilling finale, keeping me glued to the screen from start to finish. Despite another lapse in logic, the action-packed episode didn't disappoint. But let's be real — if anyone decides to handle a crisis the way Pete did (finish a crook or untie the mother), they might just earn themselves a Darwin Award. ()
