Verano Rojo

The Spanish production Red Summer is an amateur horror movie, and it shows. For a movie made in 2017, you could have expected better cinematography and especially – considering it is an exploitation movie. You would have expected to see some of the gruesome terrible things that happen to the characters. Instead, Red Summer is pretty impotent in this regard, and you have to settle for tortured characters simply screaming and breathing frantically. (08/04/2020)
