Daughters of the Three Tailed Banner

The last man in the family dies. The women are in despair. To salvage their future, the matriarch Kadiguia decides to look for a suitable husband for the eligible Tonina. Meanwhile, many miles away in the city, her other daughter Aida secretly works in a hotel after falling victim to an illegal recruiter. She hides this fact from her family who believes that she is in faraway Kuwait working as a nanny.
A film about women where the men have been taken from them, either through war, circumstance or their own choice. Still, everything must be done to ensure the family's survival. The family line must continue, no matter what. (Warsaw Film Festival)
