A mediocre bar singer meets a mediocre beginner stand-up comedian and, despite being complete opposites of each other, they make friends and form a legendary duo. Unfortunately, casting Jerry Lewis was a bad mistake - they couldn’t have found a less likeable and lame actor if they had tried; otherwise this is the type of lifeless and mediocre biographical TV movie that we have seen so many of before.
