It almost seemed like it could be quite an entertaining B-movie, and in some moments, it appeared that it might deliver, but those were mostly just moments with a bit of humor and a few hints that there could be a proper showdown. Unfortunately, Kung Fu Brother didn't exactly succeed in either case.
