Saturday Symphony uses a very unobtrusive combination of traditional animation and CGI to depict the atmosphere of a sunny town over one weekend. The film builds upon a slightly festive and warm atmosphere, as well as on contrasts between peace and quiet (relaxation) and the temperamental liveliness that slowly turns into a wild Saturday night.
