I didn't read the original book, so I didn't know what I was getting into, and to be honest, I still don't know even after the first episode. The classic plot was clear, but when it came to the mystery, things were happening, but the explanations somehow eluded me. I will try to understand the plot in the following episodes, hopefully, I'll manage...

Compelling philosophical reflections, great actors, amazing gore orgy and breathtaking visuals. I'm getting more or less what I like from the series, so I'm satisfied. 85%
