There Is Something in My Forehead

"There Is Something in My Forehead" is a tragicomedy that tells the story of Tero and Jaakko, two friends in their late 20´s, who have been working at an insurance company for nearly 10 years. They're both utterly fed up with their office jobs, but they have no plans or ambitions to make a change in their lives. One day Teemu, Tero´s and Jaakkos´s boss, invites the two guys for a "little office chat". In his office Teemu informs the guys that there have been several complaints regarding their attitude at work. Teemu, however, makes it clear to the guys that he does not care about the accusations, but that he is simply doing his job. Tero and Jaakko return to their jobs as if nothing had happened and the days at the office roll on. Christmas is just around the corner, but Tero and Jaakko notice something terrifying at the office. They see their co-worker Mikko cleaning out his desk and the guys get really worried and fixated about whether Mikko has gotten a new job or a promotion. At the same time the guys are again invited for another "office chat" and the broken guys head to Teemus office expecting to hear more complaints. To their surprise no complaints await them at the office. Instead Teemu actually invites the guys to his place for dinner and some drinks. Later the same evening at Teemus place the two guys witness the dark side of Teemu, as it becomes clear to them their boss actually is a very lonely alcoholic who just is in desperate need of company. As the guys leave Teemus apartment at night Tero half-drunk starts reflecting on what Teemu said about them creating a bad atmosphere at work. Jaakko finds this to be nonsense and he is just pisses off because he just learnt that Mikko got a new job at a bank. A small argument breaks out between the guys, but eventually they bury the hatchet and find themselves standing at a grill discussing what to eat before heading to a bar to hunt women.
