It still struggles with a certain degree of panopticality, a certain strangeness, a certain condescension that is made possible by the characters, who are very much caricatures, and from the period sloganeering. Undeniably, though, it has its sharper PARTS at times. (07/03/2017)

The third episode brought, among other things, an excellent performance by Marek Taclík, his Luboš Nováček really got to me, it was a magnificent achievement. The series returned to humor after a slightly weaker previous episode, and it immediately worked much better. Additionally, the excursion to the Festival of Political Songs was successful, so I enjoyed reminiscing about that horror, the execution of some of the hits could really be used as a weapon.
