Steven Seagal has never been my favorite, but nevertheless, it is him who really entertained me in this movie. It has a relatively short duration, but he is exactly the kind of tough guy that fans expect him to be. Moreover, you can hardly tell that he has gone through a period of serious weight gain, which can be attributed to his uniform. The plot is weak, but I didn't expect anything grand.
