The international casting of the classic story of Jesus doesn't offer anything new, just a traditional interpretation with an international cast led by a Lebanese Jesus and a Czech Mary Magdalene (Klára Issová). There's absolutely nothing particularly interesting about it, but the creators clearly drew inspiration from Mel Gibson with some of the violent scenes.
