Science Channel announced, as part of today's White House National Medals for Science and Technology Innovation Ceremony, the greenlight of ALL-AMERICAN MAKERS, the new original series that gives American backyard engineers turned burgeoning entrepreneurs the chance of a lifetime. Each episode, in this six-part venture, gives four amateur makers the opportunity to present their homegrown products to a panel comprised of an esteemed engineer, entrepreneur and a business mogul. Viewers will then get to see each maker's product put through a series of brutal tests and subjected to scrutiny by the public in live-or-die focus groups. American's most talented entrepreneurs lay it all on the line and the team may invest in all of them – or none. (texte officiel du distributeur)
