Basically, again the best of the entire season. A shocking move by Taylor, an appropriately rough Malkovich in a memorable cameo, and a checkmate by Rhoades. Prospectively, the four can offer an interesting combination of forces and other quality moves on the chessboard.

Yeah, yeah, as I'm already accustomed to with this series, the season finale was top-notch again. The events surrounding Taylor's storyline really kicked things off and the subsequent philosophical debates about the ultimate resolution were flawless. The development of the situation that Chuck Rhoades set in motion was also worth it, but it annoyed me that the season ended just when I was having a great time.
