Black-and-white footage of trees, blurred scenes of color, and text. The letter opens with shots of a fleeting encounter with Naomi from the festival in Las Palmas, which Isaki attended with his wife, the screenwriter Isa Campo. The letter makes use of amateur and private footage, into which the director has inserted text describing emotions or sometimes also telling a story. Without words or music, the letter also includes staged scenes. The central theme of the correspondence is to create a picture of the letter-writers' home countries in as authentic a manner as possible. (Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival)
