Day of the Mummy

"Day of the Mummy" is another bad example that it is probably no longer possible to make a good horror movie with mummies. Well, maybe it is, but it has been a long time since someone with sufficient skills, both in terms of writing a good script - suspenseful and interesting - and in terms of writing a good horror movie that would be able to scare at least in one single scene, has taken on this endeavor. Here, they failed to even provide that proper B-movie touch, where it would be at least a little bit humorous. (28/04/2015)
