Dreamlike scene of the film Resistant Soul is set in May 1944. As with his previous films, director Simone Massi uses suggestive and dramatic flights over the landscape and meticulous drawing. Playing with contrasts of black, white and red, he draws the audience into the fascinating visual journey. (Anifilm)
